a night outside the town...time to eat

a night out with the kugimiyas. an incredible night out with amazing food and sake. this place is called saumon kyoraisou (i think?) and is nestled in a forest of beautiful bamboo. perfect landscaping, asian architecture and perfect company made this night out an experience.
after we took off our shoes we were escorted to our seats by a host where each dish was given an explanation. where is came from, how it was made and more...
i very seldom get impressed before we even sit down but something told me we were in for a treat.
